Join me at The Hidden Hive on Thursday 23rd January, to make your own beautiful, macramé essential oil car diffuser. Sometimes we all need a little emotional lift, whether it’s to boost energy levels after a long and tiring day or to settle and calm our nerves and anxieties.

About The Workshop
This macramé and aromatherapy workshop is perfect for anybody, who wants to learn the mindful practise of macrame and a little more about the benefits of aromatherapy.
ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Macrame is a beautifully relaxing craft and a great way of relieving stress and essential oils have been used for centuries to benefit both body and mind. This workshop blends the two together - perfect for our wellbeing!
You’ll be shown how to make your own knotted car charm and learn some of the basic macrame knots whilst exploring how essential oils can naturally enhance our emotional well-being.
Once you have learned the simple steps to knotting your first car charm and added your wooden beads, (these will absorb the oil and diffuse the aromatherapy in your car) you’ll get in the flow and will want to make more and more!
We will use an expertly created pure essential oil blend for anxiety and stress,
designed to lift our mood, boost energy, and bring calm - one simple whiff of the right scent doing wonders for our state of mind!
By the end of the workshop, not only will you create a macrame piece that you can proudly say you made yourself and will hang with pride from your car rear view mirror, but you will also take home some newfound knowledge and a sense of accomplishment and pride.
Your finished macramé essential oil car diffuser will make the perfect new addition to your car or a thoughtful gift for a loved one.

Beginner-friendly!
This workshop is perfect for beginners - no prior experience is needed.
WHATS INCLUDED
• All materials and equipment to make a beautiful, macramé essential oil car diffuser.
• Choose from a selection of colourful cotton cords.
• 10ml Essential Oil Blend to use and take away to refresh your car diffuser.
• Refreshments are included with unlimited mugs of tea and coffee and a BIG slice of Nicky’s delicious homemade cake.
(Yes! you can even BYOB if you like... I'll provide the glasses)

WHAT TO BRING
All materials will be provided.
Reading glasses if you need them!
Yourselves and the will to have a good time!
These are small-group sessions and space is limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.
