About The Workshop
Come and join Nicky at The Hidden Hive in Bletchley and take a journey into the
colourful world of blinging up a bird box
With plenty of support and guidance, you will pick up easy and rewarding hand crafting skills in this relaxing workshop. All the materials you need are provided so you can create a bespoke bird box with a little or a lot of bling. The Hive is packed full of stunning acrylic colours for you to choose from to create beautiful designs on your birdbox and encourage nesting.

your garden making a beautiful home for your garden birds.
As you explore the pattern and rhythm of acrylic painting, your friendly workshop host, Nicky, will be on hand to share any advice and answer questions. The Hidden Hive Workshop studio is an inclusive and creative space for you to learn and enjoy delving into your imagination. Your finished bird box will look wonderful in your garden or you could even pay it forward and gift it to someone special.
You will hand paint the outside, but we will leave the interior unpainted, simply because the birds prefer it that way.
To help you get the most from your bird box after leaving the hive, all come with a mounting clip and after care instructions.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a workshop - I try my best to price each workshop fairly and offer good value for money. I therefore have a clear non-refundable policy to ensure that I cover costs
and the ongoing viability of The Hiiden Hive Workshop. I do appreciate that sometimes-unforeseen circumstances may mean that you can’t attend a workshop
so I am happy for you to send along a friend to take your place, I will need their name and contact details prior to the workshop date.
If you contact me at least 14 days in advance of the start date of the workshop, then I can offer a transfer to the same workshop on an alternative date,
providing there are places available or a workshop is planned. This transfer can only be applied on a ‘one occasion’ basis.
If there are no suitable future dates, I can provide a voucher to be used for a future workshop booking.
*Please note that there are no make-ups for missed sessions of a multiple date workshop. i.e. if the workshop is held over more than one session.
THE RIGHT TO CANCEL A WORKSHOP
Should I need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, I will aim to give you as much notice as possible of the cancellation.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept any liability for travel or other costs.
PARTIES AND PRIVATE EVENT BOOKINGS
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before the date of the party or event.
A maximum reduction of two attendees can be made at least two weeks before the date of the event. I will reduce the outstanding balance accordingly.
Reductions in numbers cannot be made less than two weeks before the date of the event and the full balance of the booking must be paid.
The price per person shown on the Party & Event listing is based on a minimum of 6 attendees. If there are less than 6 attendees, the total amount will still be based on 6 attendees.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are not redeemable against any products other than workshops. I do appreciate that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may mean
they cannot be used, and I am happy for them to be transferred to a friend. All gift vouchers have a 12 month expiry term from date of issue.
USE OF NAME AND LIKENESS
I reserve the right to take photographs or videos during the operation of any workshop or part thereof and to use the resulting photography, videos, or recordings for promotional
or commercial use. By signing up for a Workshop, the participant agrees to allow his/her likeness to be used by me and authorised third parties without compensation to the participant.
If the participant prefers that his/her likeness not be used, he/she must notify me in writing prior to beginning of the workshop.
Copyright in all photographs, video, and related materials created by the participant (“Workshop Materials”) will belong to the participant upon creation.
The participant grants to me a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable license to use any workshop materials provided to me in any media for the following limited purposes:
editorial use, promotion of this editorial use or promotion of my orkshop programs.
